The Source selector knob on our Volvo HU-603 stereo broke and tried to design a replacement. The Source selector is the same as the I-20/Disc selector. The knob fits directly on the metal axle.
The FreeCAD file is attached. I've drawn the shape in a sketch and then rotated. A regular box was used to create the D-shaped hole.
