Summary

This is a redesign of my initial battery puck attempt in which I tried to increase the trackers battery compromisingly so.

This design is 1/3 the thickness, at only 1.25cm thick. It's made of 3 pieces which makes assembly much easier, and requires less resources overall.

The battery life improvements are:

2.0s will see 6-7.5 hours, an uplift from 3.5-4 hours
3.0s will see 12-13 hours from 6.5-8 hours
Tundras to 18-20 hours from 10-11 hours
Etees to 9-10 hours from 5-6 hours

The components you will need are:

(x2) 420mAh 3.7V 902244 lipos
(x3) m3 20mm screws
(x3) m3 nuts
(x1) 1/4" screw
(x1) 1/4" bolt
(x1) This step up, protection, and charging board

The total cost is 🇬🇧 £10 - 🇺🇸 $13 - 🇪🇺 €12 - 🇯🇵 ¥2000 for all parts.
