The file 'Vital Bracelet Shell Mod Digivice 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 1.4MB.
UPDATE
New model for cover, made a hole for switch and switch button.
Switch button maybe will need some sanding. And rotate it for 180 degrees on bed.
Lets get started with this print, shall we?
First thing let me explain files
All files require 1x printing so just drop them all, i will post a photo of orientation because im too lazy to edit files and rotate them.
Shell.STL - Is compatible with jyoshi1909 Shell mod so if u have PCB from that model you can print and switch shells. This model dont have split left button, so youll need to paint until i have time to remodel and put 2 color model or split it.
Shellsd.STL - Is model that require no custom PCB but it require soldering skills so you can solder all parts together.
Printing - atm Charging hole and SD card hole require a little cutting so cable and card can enter all the way, will fix when i have more time.
Print with what you feel comfortable, mine was 0.12mm layer height 20% infill. Few tips on printing, turn on Ironing so it looks smooth at top layers.
Shopping/Salvaging list -
Some parts i have salvaged from old bluetooth speaker but i think u can find in Electric store or online.
MicroSD Card Module SHORT
Female C-Type module
2x NO Switches (Normally open switches) Like in picture
MicroSD Card extender Male-Female
Watch Glass 30mmx1.1mm (I think u can buy up to 30x1.5mm)
4x M316mm
3x M36mm (I think M2 screws will also work)
(1 screw you need to cut in half so you can screw into Leftbutton.STL, if you cant screw apply little heat to model and try again)
Use bracelet screws to screw board to shell.
NOTICE
Print is made for 0.2mm Tolerance printer, so if you have lower or higher tolerance you need to scale a little bit.
SOLDERING
Blueprint photo shows back of the board on first picture from the power on off switch.
You need to solder mod switches on right side of board switch because left side is ground it wont work.
For charging part you need to solder at top as shown, for ground you solder at bottom or at metal part as shown.
CAREFUL WHEN SOLDERING
Turn off when soldering and double check not to bridge something or you will fry your vital bracelet.
If u have questions feel free to ask, Happy printing and enjoy making this :)
