This small hanger holds the swiveling vise handle that came with my small 4" milling machine vise. The handle has a 19mm (~0.70") ball on the end. I specifically designed it to be 1" wide, so it will mount nicely to 1" (10-series) 80/20 aluminum extrusion t-tracks, but you can mount it anywhere with a 1/4" button head screw.
