A basic vinyl stand that can and should be extended with d=6.4 mm lens-shaped rubber feet.
The model is oriented to be printed lying on it's side (as in picture 4). For me, it adhered well without a brim on a PEI sheet.
I would not recommend the stand for gatefold covers. It is designed to display records as upright as possible, without introducing leverage, i.e., covers up to 8 mm thick at an inclination of 4.2°. If a gatefold cover tends to unfold, its center of mass shifts too far forward and it may tip over.
