UPDATE: 261017 - I have been experianceing a downfall with the command strips as the mounting solution, a few of my records have fallen over the past year. I changed the model to include drywall screws to mount the holders, they can be found here:

I printed out some record wall mounts and put up a lot of my favorite vinyls on my walls, but the mounts I found only supported the corners and they come quite far out from the wall so that the record doesn't fall. I used command strips to install them but the other mounts were too long (came too far off the wall) thus creating a moment on the command strips and some of them fell (from a very high distance). I also found that some of my old used records were tearing through the sleeves because the disc wasn't supported. I came up with these mounts that are very close to the wall, but you need one for the top and bottom. simply cut a command strip in half long ways (hot dog), and space them so that there is space above the record to be able to shift it up to remove and replace the record (see close up photo). there is a deep version if you have thicker sleeves.
install with the small side up, the large bottom allows for extra space so the record under it can be removed. the top side has a tiny shelf for the vinyl to sit on. happy making!
