There's lots of reasons to mount an extra camera on your Inspire 1: two-person FPV, flying a thermal or multispectral camera, etc. This makes it easy to package up all the video transmitter, power, and wires for a good, clean flying experience! This version slots into my mount system so the whole system requires no modification to your aircraft, but there's also a [Dual Lock version]().
The two boards it hosts are a 600 mW 5.8 GHz FPV transmitter ($27) and a 12V voltage regulator ($9), along with space to hold the wires that connect everything.
It's designed to be paired with the Inspire 1 Gimbal Mount, so that your camera can be stabilized from wind and aircraft motions, but the two parts also work fine separately.
