This is my second 3d print project.
Scale: 1/35
Lenght: 730mm
Width: 174mm
The different hull pieces can be aligned with small pieces of 6mm rods or pipes.
The stern tube can have a diameter of 6 or 8mm.
You only need to print the right hull section for the chosen dieamter.
The propeller is desinged for a M4x10x5 threaded brass insert.
It is possible to build the ship with a normal rudder, or a ducted propeller.
You may need a M3 threated insert for the ducted propeller version.
I had problems joining the pieces together, because the printed parts where warped too much. Printing larger thin walls in PETG without an enclosure, seems to be difficult.
I have printed a mold in 1/87, to laminate a hull.
Here is a link to the mold in Fusion 360: https://a360.co/2JWv5SM
You can ask me, if you want to have the stl files for a mold in a specific scale.
