These are some decorative pieces that fit on common household 32mm waste pipe. With four or more of these you can screw them to a piece of wood to make a shelf for display use. 32mm PVC pipe is sized according to its internal diameter, so the OD of the pipe is around 35mm.
Also there is a video to show how with some cheap acrylic paints you can weather them to make them look like old iron piping
