Here are files for a model of the station building at the Vickers Supermarine factory at South Marston. They are drawn full size so scale to suit your needs.
The factory was rail served from the Swindon to Highworth branch. The station building was built during the war when the factory was building Spitfires. post war they built early jet fighters for the RAF and RN.
It is of typical mid 20th century concrete construction and would serve as a model of an office block, guard room or small workshop as well as a station building. I've done a version without the canopy which may better suit your model.
