The file 'Vibrating Table 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 81.2KB.
In the next year, I will be trying to create a machine that can pick up screws and this vibrating table will help to flatten them out for them to be picked. The picking machine has not been made yet but will be either a delta robot or some type of robotic arm.
The Tables mechanics is very simple. The machine uses an off centred weight on a motors axle create the vibration. This motor is attached to the bottom of the top half of the table to make it vibrate. Springs are used between the top and bottom halves of the table to dampen the vibrations to the bottom of the table. Screws or other objects a placed in the top.
