THIS THING IS NOT INTENDED TO BE PRINTED. IT HAS NO INHERENT PURPOSE.
In fact, the "thing" I'm highlighting here is the negative space created in this rectangular prism. The photographs are of similar sized and spaced holes created in other projects of mine.
The three holes in this block are the measurements I've found work well when printed through a Replicator 5th Generation for mounting VEX EDR motors and servos, both 2-wire and 3-wire, to anything.
The slight depressions on either side of the mounting screw holes make it so that the motor and the screw head recess into the block.
I've used these measurements in all of my VEX Robotics projects since figuring them out as one of my very first SketchUp practice projects.
