This is a very simple and easy-to-print solution for keeping dust and debris away from the belts, rollers, and pulleys on the Y-Axis of the VEVOR S4040. I included two covers that are notched to give clearance to the Y-Axis End-stop brackets. The measurements on my S4040 for the Y-Axis Stop brackets are 37.37mm from the right rear corner plate to the min-stop bracket and 37.68mm from the right front corner plate to the max-stop bracket.
Printing tips:
Print ten covers without supports ( 6 for the left side and 4 for the right side).
Print one of each notched cover with supports. One cover is for the right rear and the other is for the right front.
Installation:
Installation is easy. Just hang the covers in the channels of the 2040 extrusion, and you're done. Please post your makes. Enjoy
