The file 'Vertical Embossed & Engraved Quality Detailing Gauge 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 852.3KB.
I saw here a quality gauge for vertical embossed text. But I needed also an engraved version to see the quality of the text when designing it in Fusion 360. Therefore I made one that is smaller and prints faster too.
The smallest text height possible to slice with a 0.4mm Nozzle and layer height set to 0.2mm is 2.87mm.
As of 2019 when creating a text in Autodesk Fusion 360 it always takes the boundary box as height not the "real" text height. So if you set text height to 4mm in reality it is only 2.87mm. Keep in mind everything below that will not be sliced or printed correctly with a 0.4mm Nozzle.
Quality gauge embossed / engraved from 0.1mm - 1.0mm
Text is Arial (Bold) 2.87mm real text height
Printed with 0.2mm "Quality MK3" Profile in Prusa Slicer
Changed Perimeters to 3
