The file 'Vertical Blind Weight Repair 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 1.6KB.
A repair for my vertical window blind weights.
Long term exposure to UV light breaks down the plastic weights making them fragile, most often it is the small pegs that attach to the beaded string that snap off or simply disintegrate. The weights can be re-used using this repair.
The weight is prepared by cutting away the broken edges, which is easily done using a pair of cutters or a small saw.
The weight is then slotted into the printed part. You may need to sand the edges to fit.
The beaded string clips also tend to break. Removing them risks cutting the string, so they can be left in place and tidied up by carefully cutting away the bulk of the clip.
After assembly, the beaded string is gently wiggled into the narrow slot on each end of the printed part.
I also have an stl for a replacement vertical blind hanger, at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6655013
