This one, like the Skeleton, is not my design either. This is another free kit inside TinkerCAD. I'm just sharing it here for those that don't use TinkerCAD.
This model stands 11.25 inches at it's tallest. After cleaning up the joints and lubricating them, this thing is extremely posable.
The "complete" file is the whole model ready to print. If you need to reprint one piece at a time, or would like to modify, I've also included each individual item. I've also added a small disposable support under the talon ball joint of the feet.
Update: I just found the original author BitsnBolts on Thingiverse. You can find this Velociraptor on his page, as well as the Skeleton I posted earlier.
