Made it to make JST PH 2.0mm² 4 wires sided custom cables.
I recommend printing with a 0,2mm nozzle.
My use case was Victron Energy VE Direct cables, to do one you will need :
The wiring itself is pretty simple, only switch the two inner wires :
Connector 1 Connector 2

Glue or silicon the assembly.
