The Vax Blade 2 hoover has a really loose belt connecting the motor to the spinning brush.
This is a mould for casting a replacement pulley that is 1 tooth larger.
You will need a dremel or some kind of tool to remove the existing pulley and refine the motor shaft down to about 6mm diameter. I think it's heat shrunk on or glued from the factory i had no luck removing it non destructively.
Then just cast some good quality high temp expoxy resin in to the mould, let it cure, heat the mould in the oven at about 150 C for 10 minutes and it should be easy enough to remove from the cast part.
