I wanted the component boxes more secure so I added angled slits for a sliding lid. There is a hole on the bottom to easily push out cards and pieces.
The 0.1 mm tolerance for the slits seemed to work fine for me. I can increase the tolerance if requested.
I cut some foam pad packaging material into a 5" x 3" x 0.75" to fill in extra space.

I plan on printing a lid that slides on top since the component boxes are taller and the tiles move around.
Used PLA for all prints.
EDIT (1/27/2018): Blank sliding lid STL and STEP files have been included.
EDIT (9/22/2017): I added the model to test slits before printing out whole boxes.
