Summary

These parts are small and push the limits of FDM printers but that's what I like about projects like this. You will want your printer setup well to get strong reliable parts. All round holes are printed under sized and need to be drilled out to size for better fit. I suggest printing all parts with the 2mm x 2mm square holes seperate. This is because I had to play with the slicer settings to get a sug fit with no glue. That way everything can be shifted back and fourth on the fuselage for balancing. There are 2 wing files so that you can use 0.7mm or 1mm corbon rod for the ailerons. The difference is the size of the snaps on the trailing edge of the wing. I decided to Design This Plane to have Servo separate from the main board so that I don't have to buy a new board because I need a new $7 servo . The servos I used were from a E-flite blade mcpx which were great because the wires were already short. Anything I've seen online you will have to shorten yourself. I've uploaded two different servo trays. One is for the E-flite servos and the other is for the standard size that i've seen online. Message me with the hole pattern dimensions if there are any I don't have and I will add another. Please post your makes.100% infill. No supports. Happy flying!

ELECTRONICS

Unfortunately the stock Vapor flight controller won't work with this model because there isn't an extra port to connect the ailerons. These are the two boards that I use for my two Vapor Sports

This small dsmx receiver has a built-in brushed esc and telemetry (if you pick the right model) but no stabilization

This small dsmx receiver has two built-in brushed esc, telemetry and does have stabilization that can be configured via GUI. Don't forget you need to purchase the USB wire for programing
