The file 'Vape Bubbler (FreeCAD) 3D Printer Model' is (FCStd,stl) file type, size is 2.7MB.
This is a universal Vape Cart Bubbler for standard 510 1g vape carts that costs about $3 to make. What you'll need:
Arizona Tea plastic bottle is nice because the logo on the cap give perfect drill locations on the diamond points. Any bottle can be substituted as long as you have room on the cap for drilling and the grommets don't reach out to the threads.
Standard electrical grommet that fits a 5/16" drilled hole. 3/16" inner diameter for tubing. Need 4 total.
Standard electrical grommet that fits a 1/2" drilled hole. Inner diameter .419". Need 1.
Common fish tank air hose. Preferably the softer flexible kind. 3/16" outer diameter.
Depending on how well calibrated your printer is for printing dimensional accurate parts you may have to lightly sand or drill the holes in the printed parts. Cut the ends of the tubing at a 45 degree angle to easily slip through the grommets with a little water as lube. The mouth piece gets a tube that does not reach the water but just enters the bottle at the top. The vape piece gets a tube that goes all the way to the bottom of the bottle. Make sure to cut the hose at a 45 degree angle to prevent it from sucking on the bottom of the bottle. No gluing or waiting is needed. Can be used as soon as assembled. I happen to have a grommet assortment from Harbor Freight that worked perfectly for this. The tall Arizona bottle works great because it is strong and cheap but this is a universal kit so any bottle can be used. Please leave comments if you find this useful or have ideas to make it better and I may update it. I've kindly included FreeCAD source files for derivatives and modification.
Something that could be annoying is the need to take off the cart piece from the cart in order to clear the smoke. But a simple carb hole could be added to the cap to simplify the use and the hose would never need to be removed.
I printed the mouth piece just as modeled with no supports needed. The cart piece I printed with the large opening on the build plate with tree supports. After printing I just snapped off the support tree.
Delta 8 makes me cough a lung up on any voltage higher than about 2. With this bubbler I was smoking it at 3 volts with no coughing and 3.5 volts with minimal irritation. It hits way harder than regular smoking because you can use higher voltage with less coughing.
