Summary

I noticed a kink forming on my index cable right at the original cable clip on the rear left side (see second picture). So I wanted a solution to help avoid that. A side benefit is the cable now comes out directly behind you so I am now less likely to step on it while moving side to side.

I based my design on a part made by Reddit user Aquacide and added the channels for the cable and cable ties.

Assembly is easy. Just slide this over the top Index strap, insert cable ties into channels on the side and wrap cable like on the first image and tighten down the cable ties.

I used the cable ties that came with my Prusa MK3S, the dimensions for the cable ties are:
165mm long, 2.5mm wide and 1.25mm thick.

Changelog:
v3: Thickened part holding cable and cable ties together by 1mm

v2: original release
