The main change is that I've made the blade shallower along to the mid-point of the blade - in the previous design, the blade shape coming out of the hub immediately became steeper as it swept out towards the vertical edge - in this design, I've added profiles mid-way to the edge which keeps the blade shallower further out, in theory improving on thrust and reducing drag.
Downside is it maybe doesn't look as symmetrical and pretty as the first design, but I feel like it will perform better. It's also not as thick as the old design, so hopefully lighter-weight and less draggy from the blade thickness as well.
Finished adding all the sizes - the 3 and 3.5 inch versions are not perfect as I had to increase hub diameter to join the blades, but they're now using their own profile based off the 2.5 inch design, instead of the 5 inch design, so should work better, I hope.
