This is the basics of a 10/22 magazine loader. It works but could use some refinements. The hopper is an afterthought and needs higher walls. The base will also need extensions (or to be mounted to a board) to prevent tipping with a loaded hopper.
The hardware is just rubber bands, 3mm machine screws, a couple of clicky pen springs and some 3mm bamboo skewer sections as pins. Form the bamboo to fit the holes by using the parts as dies.
Really only need PLA+, 3 walls,15% cubic infill and a .2mm layer height for the large parts. the small parts should be printed at .12mm layer height with 4+ wall and at least %50 cubic infill. Use tree supports but make sure your settings allow for easy removal.
