I finished printing and painting my 3D Catan set so now all that's left is a dope box to store it in to protect it. I'm probably going to commission a wooden box with a lid that latches with internal dimensions of 20"x14"x4". I'll post an update if I have any luck. All listed components are 3.75" tall to allow for a .25" foam insert inside the lid to prevent jostling damage and make it 4" total.
