I recently upgraded my Prusa MK2s to the 'full' Bear upgrade by pekitron (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2808408).
I use the original of this on my MIK2s, but it wouldn't fit on the new extrusions. So I chopped the bottom off, added the v-slot attachment. Insert and twist.
