The file 'UW-01 Wash & Cure Station – Cure Plate Edge 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 7.0KB.
I've said it before, I love my UW-01 wash & cure station, but it isn't without flaws.
First, and one that I've already addressed, I didn't like that there wasn't a mount included for the wash tub to allow me to hang my Halot One build plate from - instead, having a wire shelf it sat upon over the basket. My mount piece can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6621795.
Another flaw is in the spinning cure plate, which I have to say is simply way to fast for a turntable even at its slowest setting. I can't tell you how frustrating it was to see the curing parts spin or vibrate off the plate during curing all the time. So, I created the piece here that sits on top of the cure plate and will keep parts from falling off the edge of the surface.
It's easy to print and install by placing it on top of the plate and completing the cure process. When you need to take it off, it easily lifts off. I made it slightly larger in diameter than the plate so it would be easy to install and remove. I ran my cure station for several minutes at each speed setting and there was no change in performance, rattle, or risk of it dislodging.
I hope everyone enjoys!
