This is a small four button foot pedal for sending MIDI messages via USB.
The case is design to slide together and the ends snap on, so in theory no fasteners or adhesives are necessary. There are three different end cap variations: blank, USB jack, and USB + MIDI jack.
Print two end caps of whichever you prefer, and also print a "top" and a "bot". Use either momentary guitar pedal footswitches or 12mm buttons (as in the photo).
The controller inside the box reading the buttons is a Trinket M0, but an ItsyBitsy M0 would work better, more code space. The code is written in CircuitPython.
Fusion360 file included in case you want to modify the box easily.
