This is a Rotating Usb-a and MicroSD holder. Main part does require support. it has 10 slots of each. if it doesn't rotate very well you can try top sharpen the point of the base with a knife.
there now is a version 2 of this design (picture with the orange). the v2 has no tray on top and rotates a little bit better.
