A set of minimalist coin trays for US coins.
Each tray holds 25 of its respective coins.
The trays have a hole every 5 coins for easy counting.
The trays have a hook for attaching to things like clipboards and thin vertical walls like those found in drawers.
The trays are made to be printed on their sides for extra vertical strength.
No supports or special settings are needed when printing.
A quick & dirty tray for pennies, nickels, dimes, and quarters arranged tightly. The height of the tray can be set to whatever you want.
I found the edges of coinholders 2.scad to be awful sharp after printing. Using the offset() function and a little trial and error I whittled the edges softer. I then applied dots every 5 coins (where / if applicable) just to make counting them easier.
Made in OpenSCAD. Sources included.
