Modeled to be similar enough to an SFX1000 skimmer door to use as a replacement with our new more powerful sand filter/pump (3000 gph vs 1000 gph). The highed suction was overwhelming the factory skimmer door and not allowing it to float up and down. I added 2 additional foam cores to overcome the higher level of suction, which did require some slight adjustments to the design around the pins. I printed with 15% infill with 3 walls/perimeters.
Printed in ASA since it will be outdoors in direct sunlight and exposed to water and chlorine.
