Summary

I have used the first version for a while, but was irritated because after a while, the catch started to come out when I drew the cable through it to charge my laptop.
I decided to make mounds and retention grooves to stop this, and do a redesign to be kinder on the cable.

This model is the result. Note that the catches finish a little short of the back of the device, and there is a gentle slope to the rear. Orientation of the catches is now important. The grooves and their mounds need to line up, so a tiny bit of care is needed. IIf the orientation is wrong, it will be very hard to get the clips in. If correct, they are easy to fit, and at the end of their travel there is a reassuring snap fit.

I printed these on a Prusa i3 Mk3s with a 0.6 nozzle and 0.3 layer height, and they are a good improvement on the original design.
