The file 'Universal Glasses Stand 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 1.6 MB.
The 'Universal Glasses Stand' was designed as a compact freestanding system to hold up to 3 pairs of folded glasses / sunglasses. A great solution to keep your glasses organized and give them a permanent place to put them.... so you can always find them.
Glasses are inserted folded up to minimize the depth required. However, the design still allows the stand to accommodate almost all styles including modern sports sunglasses which are quite deep when folded.
Insertion and removal is easy. Once inserted the glasses are held in place / supported at the front buy two prongs angled similarly to your nose. The prongs are attach to the rear upright so also support the sunglasses folded arms at the back. Just fold your glasses and slide them into place... as quick and easy as putting them on to wear.
If your glasses have a chain / strap no problem. Just flick it over the back of the stand as you is... no different to when you're wearing them.
This is an easy print on machines able to print up to 160mm wide. No support required. Please refer to the print settings and images for additional information.
Please also note that a wall mounting 3-pair version (without feet) has been added at the request of a member. This has two 5mm screw holes in the back positioned so they shouldn't be greatly visible once glasses are placed into the stand.
