Replacement foot for pop-up canopy. While designed for my Undercover UC-3 pop-up, it should fit a variety of other models with square aluminum tube legs, including Impact DS canopies. It utilizes a 3/16" diameter, 1 ½" long, pan head screw from the inserted from underneath foot to spread the anchor “wings” in the aluminum tubing and jam it tight. Originally footpad was mounted with about a 5/16" to 3/8" diameter screw which seemed over-large to me. Screw sizes larger, smaller, and/or shorter may work also.
There are three types of files. One is merely the mounting post so you can print it at low infill and test fit to your tubing, to see if a remix is necessary. The canopy footpad files V1 and V2 vary slightly. V1 has a single, 1mm tall, nub on the side of a “wing” to go into a square locking hole in my canopy leg. V2, like the original footpad, has a nub on both sides. If your legs do not have a matching square hole for them, I would file the nubs off or remix them away. V2 also has an oval hole defining the wings rather than a fingernail shaped hole. I did this to strengthen the wings, perhaps sacrificing a little flexibility.
