Made for my (ancient but awesome) Logitech Z-5300 whose volume knob always got in the way regarding physical desktop real estate. This quick design mounts said controller on the underside of a desk. This allows ability to pull in/out when needed for quick audio changes, headphone swaps, etc.
Can be used for other things but probably model specific
