This is a cover for a UML-5 pfd inflator, to convert from automatic & manual inflation to manual-only inflation. The cover will prevent accidental presses on the bottom of the cartridge puncture mechanism when the automatic activator is removed.
I printed scaled at 104% and had a tight but usable fit.
Removing your automatic activator is a modification to a life-saving device, your pfd will no longer activate upon immersion in water and you will need to manually pull the activation handle to inflate the PFD.
