This is my ultimate router corner radius jig. The customizer allows to create jig versions for various types of curved or round corners: rounded outward, rounded inward, elliptical or chamfered corner routings.
In addition the radius or offset values can be set differently for the two edge sides (asymmetric mode).
In elliptical mode routing curves can be created that lie between circular rounded edges and chamfered ones. In this mode a rotated ellipse is smoothed into the corner.
For holding the jigs can be printed with a finger hole or a screw hole for attaching a holder knob. There are tons of knobs available on Thingiverse. My personal favorite is https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1562501 (great design!)
I have now added the option to add a sideways extension plate for clamps, if using the router on top of the jig, instead of using the jig with a router table.
There is now also an option to fasten the jig to the workpiece using countersunk screws.
