Given STL files for 50mm barbell and M4 screws. But you can generate your own. Parameters could be configured through Spec table. There are no wizard so you need to configure each parameter on your own.
Beside of spacer objects printed 0.2 mm layer height and 50% infill. May be could work with less infill too, but weight of the result doesn't matter for me. Spacers printed with 25% infill. I use PETg as main material. But actually you could print what you want although ABS version broken. :)
You could use or couldn't version with TPU parts. As for me it doesn't give any benefits compared with non TPU version but my translucent TPU parts looks soo cool so I use it. Also I tested and compared spacers (non-TPU versions) in PETg and ABS and ABS spacers works better due to it softness so it could provide bigger area of contact. But if you sand PETg spacers I think result could be same.
As I said default version provided for M4 screws, but I printed for M3 screws too and it works well too. I could find only M4 hardened steel screws in my local store so I use it. Also you could choose what to use - threaded inserts or nuts. This details named respectively. But if you use nuts may be you will need more long screw for lockhand and cut some. By default provided files for 40mm main screws and 25mm for lock hand. Thread Inserts used are M4x4.
