while building a G36Ka4 out of an Ares G36X i found the rear tab would float in the slot and make the whole hand guard wobble up and down. to correct this i printed the 2mm shim that sits on top of the tab and take up the slop. keeps in nice and rigid. recommend CF-PETG as it blends in very nicely
