Summary

On the Ultenic T10 Pro - The brush gearbox (between the motor and the brush) has a metal gear on the motor shaft that moves to a plastic dual gear to step down the speed. This is very easy to strip (if like me you accidently leave a sock laying around) and very hard to replace as it is a T33 helical (unusual), to a t10 spur (more common). If this did not work (as it is quiet small) the backup plan was to try and buy the two separately and glue them together.

You may need to play with the elephants foot settings and support settings, and a bit of finishing filling; but it should mesh well once finished.

If you find an off the shelf replacement, please paste in the comments for others.

I have posted the stripped gear picture, and the fixed gearbox (black gear). I put on a little extra lube and it works nicely, all be it a little louder than normal (tolerances are not as good as injection moulded parts).
