This is designed to fit the profile of siding and allow the Ubiquiti G4 Doorbell Pro to lay level on the siding, while also adding a 5 degree angle towards the left of the doorbell (when facing the doorbell). This is designed for use with the included flush mounting plate, but might also work with the angled mounting plate (untested).
