Heres a tyre glue down clamp I designed. I had seen other designs, which were very popular but just to download the designs were quite expensive imo, however for me the biggest design flaw was that you were screwing into bare plastic, this is fine if you are not going to be screwing and unscrewing constantly. I know quite a few that have bought that design and it didnt take long before they stripped.
V2 now added that only uses 1x nut and bolt rather than 2, it has some locating nubs. Makes it easier to tighten up and I havent had any issues with only 1 set of nut/bolts, if anything its easier to line up.
I designed this using the reference of my previous design but this is split into 3 parts, just needs m3 nuts (just a basic nut, not a nylon one) and 16mm m3 bolts. You could get away with a little shorter bolt but actually a little longer maybe better as would mean you wouldnt need to unscrew totally to slide the tyre in however you will have the end of the bolt protruding when done up. The nut can be a little tight, however when testing there was a fine line between too tight and too loose causing the nut to spin quite easily, this was the best middle ground for me. Most of the tightness is sagging on the overhangs, just use a blade or file to remove a little bit if too tight.
It's easy to use, print 3, push the m3 nuts into the slots, slide around the tyre and tighten up bit by bit working your way around until its snug, then starting gluing around the rim. Make sure the glue is totally set before releasing the clamp.
