Printing

  1. Print the detente part sideways such that the curve of the detente is is parallel with the build plate for smoothness.

  2. Make sure the throttle reinforcement is printed with a face fully in contact with the base plate

Assembly:

  1. Apply tape to the interface between the throttle reinforced and the Throttle

  2. Apply tape between the Base and the Throttle base

  3. Apply tape on the "detente" that connects to the base.

  4. Install detente and into label into Base. Make sure the labels line up with the detente position on install.

Post work:

  1. You may want to Sand the Detente for smoother operation with high grit sand paper
