Summary

I recommend printing all transparent parts at the highest quality your printer can manage and at 100% infill. There are two versions of the roof, one with square caps and one with caps the shape of the poles. The images don't make it clear which type the actual prop used (it seems to be the square ones, which is my preference) so I included both. You'll need to print the wall file three times.

Slide the walls in, paint the inside black. Then pop the windows in place, and glue them in. The TVM prop had irregular windows, none of them are identical. There's a reference image in the files so you can get them right.

Attach the base, then hammer in the handle on the bottom. Glue the alignment cube and roof on.

Paint the outside with Citadel Macagre blue paint. For texturing, I just put it on really thick and it got decently close to the prop's look after a couple of coats. You could also look at PBProp's youtube channel, at the video where he builds a TVM TARDIS.

The lamp has a very weathered bronze-colored cage it sits in, though getting that effect and not ruining the lamp's transparency doesn't seem easy.

Once it's all painted, cut out the signs and use your preferred type of glue to hold them on. I personally just use a simple gluestick and it hasn't started peeling in nearly three years.
