TUSH is a great design but I already had some smaller roller bearings, too small to be used with the original design. I've added a 25.4mm V roller with a cup for the smaller bearing to be pushed into. The bearings used for this print were 5.92 x 12.68mm diameter V bearings with a 4mm shaft center. After printing the rollers I pressed them into the cup with a large vice grip. The printed size was very snug and required a fair amount of pressure to get them in position, I recommend printing one to confirm bearing fit as tolerances are different between printers.
The V rollers allows the spools to settle into the TUSH a little deeper and keeps the spool rolling straight. I used 4mm rolled pins pressed through the bearings and sides, no glue was required.
Kudos to filamentary for the design!
