New version with 2 bearings to improve stability and resilience.
215mm diameter turntable designed to print within bed of Ender 3 pro. Requires 2 608 bearing between the base and top. The honeycomb perforation is intended to let air and paint flow through so as not to deflect back up onto the model.
I have included a small model of the center shaft to test with to make sure that the bearings will fit snugly onto it - the tighter the better for horizontal stability. Use horizontal expansion on Cura or equivalent to dial in using the small part and then use the same setting in printing the base.
Print the base, top and spacer - slot one bearing onto the shaft of the base, the spacer above that, another bearing and then the turntable over the bearings.
Have also designed a painting spike that slots into the honeycomb holes - use a few of these to elevate your model from the turntable.
