This replaces the original baseplate of the Tundra Tracker, giving you a slightly rounded flat surface that is thinner than the original plate with the screw insert. You just remove the screws from under the tundra tracker, take the base plate off and put this one on instead with the existing screws. You can then use e.g 3M tape to adhere it directly to the front of the headset. I use it on a Quest Pro but I'm sure this could work on a lot of headsets. I put it where the forehead area is, just above the front adjustment knob for continuous calibration etc.
