New case design for a Tufty 2040 With a big Lipo battery.
With this battery it should last for about 14h.
Case printing in PLA with 0,4mm nozzle size.
Buttons printing in TPU 95A with 0,2mm nozzle size
Parts needed:
• 83450 37V 1500mAh battery 1x
• SS12F44 switch 1x
• Lipo charging circuit (max dimensions 7x14mm)
• M2 12mm 4x
• M<2 nut 4x
• JST-PH 2.0 male connector 1x
• JST PH 2.-0 Female connector 1x
• Superglue
Battery needs to be glued it with glue to keep it from moving around.
CHECK THE JST BATTERY CONNECTOR POLARITY.
there are lipo batteries that have reversed polarities compared to the connector of your tufty.
