These cases are designed to fit the TTGO T-Display or similar HiLetgo microcontroller modules with 1.14 inch LCD screens.
The microcontroller board easily slides into the cases and can be enclosed by clipping on the included caps, leaving the USB-C port accessible while protecting the rest of the board.
The smallest case is for USB-powered operation, while the two larger cases accommodate standard lithium batteries (USB can still be connected to program or charge).
A version of the case that fits headers or wiring is available here:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4813428
A version that accommodates female headers (for plugging onto an external male header board) is available here:

The code running on the boards pictured in the image is based on this library:
https://github.com/stevesch/stevesch-Mesh
fits a 4.5mm thick, 20mm wide, 30mm long 3.7V lithium battery. The battery compartment is slightly larger (about 5mm x 25mm x 40mm), so may be able to fit larger batteries.
Tested with this
3.7V 240mAh 452030 Lipo Battery Rechargeable Lithium Polymer ion Battery Pack with JST Connector
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07BTRKM19/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_MZovEbXJ799FE
(note the JST connector for this battery had to be replaced with the one included with my TTGO board)
Update 3/29/2020: The following battery fits nicely in the medium case, has higher capacity, and comes with the correct JST 1.25 connector:
3.7v Lithium Ion Battery 500mAh - LP 502540 w/Plug Replacement for Sena SMH5 Motorcycles Bluetooth Headset - Intercom and More
by AOLIKES-US

fits a 8.5mm thick, 25mm wide, 40mm long 3.7V lithium battery. This battery compartment does not have much room to spare above the 852540 size.
Tested with this MakerFocus battery available from Amazon:
MakerFocus 4pcs 3.7V Lithium Rechargable Battery JST1.25 Connector 2pin, 852540 3.7V 1000mAh Battery with Protection Board and Insulated Rubber Tape Compatible with ESP32 Development Board WiFi Kit
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CXNQ3ZR/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_0XovEbVB7EPGM
(note the JST connector for this MakerFocus battery fit perfectly without modification)
If your 852540 batteries are puffed up or not fitting, you might consider the oversized version of this case:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4943960
A case with a larger, flat base sufficient for a 503450 battery has been added here:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4843426
Buttons (both the two I/O and one reset) are accessible via the flexing button covers built into the cover.
An extractor piece included in the design can be inserted into slots on the closed end of the case in order to push the board or battery out of the case.
The USB-only case has been improved from the previous standalone design that was posted. It has beveled edges and adjustments that allow for a better fit and easier use.
