Summary

After much trial and error, this is where I have landed using two other available files from Thingiverse. One gave me more or less the perfect size/shape "donut" and the other had the pattern. Feel free to improve, remix, whatever. I'll be happy to download and print someone's improved version :)

I added the cutout in the centerline along the circumference to accommodate the oversized interior patch on my $13 Amazon tires. I added the cutout in the center of the insert to add to the softness. Prior to these changes, the tires would bulge a little in the center, were extra stiff, and had almost too stiff of sidewalls. Since the "Firm" version has no relief for the bulge, I found the insert would fold inward and cause the car to not drive perfectly smoothly. The Soft version fixes this issue.

I'm printing this with regular ol' 95A TPU. Nothing special.

Print with .2mm nozzle, .2mm line width, 1 wall and 0 tops/bottoms. Don't use supports as they'll be a pain to remove.

It's not quite symmetrical so if you try to print upsidedown, the print may fail. Hopefully someone who knows more than Tinkercad can refine this a bit :) :) :)
